Checked October 16, 2026 against 26 official and public pages. How we check
Apex lets you pick end-of-day or intraday trailing drawdown on a one-time evaluation with no consistency rule, which makes the evaluation itself simple. The catch is on the funded side: each Performance Account pays out at most six times and then closes.
Apex blocks visitors from some countries, including where we check from, so we could not read its current 50K prices. Rules below come from Apex's own help center.

Who Apex fits
Discretionary futures day traders who want to pass quickly. There is no minimum number of trading days and no consistency rule in the evaluation, so a strong week can be enough. Bots and automation are not allowed, and positions must be flat before the daily close.
What changed in 2026
On March 1, 2026 Apex replaced its monthly evaluations with one-time EOD and Intraday products that give 30 days of access and no resets. The old monthly product came back for a limited time as "Legacy". Our review uses the new products.
EOD trailing (calculated at market close, enforced intraday the next session). In the PA the threshold stops trailing at $50,100 (starting balance + $100), reached when the highest EOD balance hits $52,100.
Intraday trailing (follows highest balance including unrealized gains, enforced in real time). In the PA, trailing stops once the threshold reaches starting balance + $100.
